आपको विदित है कि केंद्र सरकार व राज्य सरकार द्वारा एमडीएम कन्वर्जन की राशि में वृद्धि की गई है जो नीचे दिखाई गई टेबल के अनुसार है।
आप सभी से अनुरोध है कि आप आदेश अनुसार एमडीएम कन्वर्जन की राशि में वृद्धि को ध्यान से पढ़कर ही पालना सुनिश्चित करें।
एमडीएम कन्वर्जन: - यह सूचित करने के लिए निर्देशित किया जाता है कि यह निर्णय लिया गया है कि सक्षम प्राधिकारी के अनुमोदन से सामग्री लागत (जिसे पहले खाना पकाने की लागत के रूप में जाना जाता था) को पीएम पोषण योजना के तहत मौजूदा खाना पकाने की लागत के ऊपर और उससे अधिक 9.6% तक बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया गया है। 1 अक्टूबर, 2022 वर्ष 2022-23 के लिए। सामग्री लागत को केंद्र और राज्यों के बीच उत्तर पूर्वी क्षेत्र (एनईआर) राज्यों और 2 हिमालयी राज्यों और जम्मू-कश्मीर के केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के लिए 90:10 के अनुमोदित वित्त पोषण पैटर्न के अनुसार, बिना विधानमंडल के केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के लिए 100% और 60:40 के लिए साझा किया जाएगा। अन्य राज्यों के साथ-साथ विधायिका के साथ 2 केंद्र शासित प्रदेश (दिल्ली और पुडुचेरी)। सामग्री लागत की संशोधित दरें 01.04.2015 से स्वीकार्य हैं। बाल वाटिका, प्राथमिक और उच्च प्राथमिक कक्षाओं के लिए 2022-23 के दौरान 01.10.2022 निम्नानुसार होगा:
MDM COOKING COST INCREASE ON 1st October 2022
MDM :- Directed to inform that it has been decided with the approval of the competent authority to increase the Material Cost (earlier known as cooking cost) by 9.6% over and above the existing cooking cost under PM POSHAN Scheme w.e.f. 1st October, 2022 for the year 2022-23. The Material Cost will be shared between the Centre and States as per the approved funding pattern of 90:10 for North Eastern Region (NER) States and 2 Himalayan States & UT of J&K, 100% for Union Territories without Legislature and 60:40 for other States as well as 2 Union Territories with Legislature (Delhi and Puducherry). The revised rates of Material Cost admissible w.e.f. 01.10.2022 during 2022-23 for Bal Vatika, Primary and Upper Primary classes would be as under:

2. The above Material Cost rates indicate the minimum mandatory contribution by the State Governments/UT Administrations. However, States / UTs may contribute more than their prescribed share, as some States/UTs had been contributing more than their minimum mandatory share from their own resources for providing meals with augmented nutrition under PM POSHAN Scheme.
